Did you encounter a problem with products purchased in our online store? Are you interested in a RECLAMATION or do you want to RETURN any purchased goods, in a capacity of a Buyer-Consumer or as a Buyer-Business?
Then please confirm you are acting in accordance with the Terms and Conditions | BONITEX Complaints procedure you have agreed to with your purchase, and then in the form below, please put in the number of your Order (including the initial zeroes, f.e. "001000") and the registration email with which you have completed your purchase. After a list of your purchased products shows, please choose the items relevant to your request, and in the Notes please let us know any information you deem important for your appeal.

After filling in the remaining details and sending the request by clicking the button "Send Reclamation", your appeal will be delivered to the Reclamation department of BONITEX s.r.o. We will be contacting you with a proposed solution as soon as possible!
