We can apply a non-permanent adhesive label to the card containing for example the same barcode as on the card. This label can then be easily removed from the card and reapplied for example to a customer form:

1. We offer multiple sizes of non-permanent labels
2. Labels can be personalized with barcode, number or any other data
3. RFID/NFC chips can be added to labels
4. The card together with customer form is received by client at merchant's store, where staff scans the barcode from card (or chip UID), creating a "blank" client card in merchant's system
5. After transferring label from card to corresponding place on customer form and filling personal details, client keeps the card (now without label) and submits the form to merchant staff (pharmacy etc.)
6. Merchant's central data department scans form barcode to locate "blank" client card in database and fills all form details
7. This eliminates need for store staff to handle complete customer registration

Along with cards, we can produce custom gift packaging according to your requirements (package type, paper quality, specific dimensions, graphics):

• Cards can be either:
  • Inserted into the gift package by you using special, easily removable gel adhesive pads
  • Or placed into a special package pocket during card issuance to customers (e.g., simultaneously with card personalization using a special printer, or after printing a dedication on the gift package, etc.). In this case, we can supply the adhesive pads along with the packages and cards
• Alternatively, we can insert or affix cards into packages during production and deliver them ready for direct distribution to your customers

Along with cards, we can produce flyers, brochures, forms or letters that we can personalize according to your requirements (e.g., with client name, address, matching barcode or number as on the card), and then attach the corresponding card to the designated spot on the printed material using a special, easily removable gel adhesive pad. Possible resulting sets include:

• A4 or A5 flyer as a customer form + attached card, both with identical barcode
• Personalized A4 letter + attached card, both with matching barcode, number or recipient name, inserted in an envelope with transparent address window
• Any other standard printed material on various paper types + attached card with your specified personalization link and other required procedures
• Complete full processing of these sets (including mailing to recipients)
• Or just prepare them in recorded packages in your required order according to your specific instructions

Example workflow:

1. 1. Client receives an envelope containing the printed material (e.g., form with attached card)
   2. Client detaches and keeps the card, then completes the form with all required personal data
   3. Client returns the completed form in an envelope directly to your central data center
   4. Staff scans the form's barcode into the system to create a new customer card record, then enters all necessary data from the form
   5. This complete customer registration eliminates the need for store staff involvement
