BONITEX idea, objectives and history

Welcome to our website, and please accept our warm invitation for mutually beneficial cooperation, which we have been implementing with many of our valued customers, suppliers and technical partners since 2010.

We specialise in the development, production and distribution of media used in customer, access control, identification and automation applications. We are experts in the field of smart media based on RFID, NFC and contact chips. Our primary product range consists of plastic (paper, wood or metal) cards, access bracelets, key rings, tickets, ski passes and other specially designed identification and authorisation tags.

The majority of our production processes are carried out in our plants in the Czech and Slovak republics. In the areas of development, acquisition of new technologies and procurement of materials, we cooperate closely with partner companies and industry specialists from Poland, Germany, Switzerland, Finland, China, Taiwan, India, Canada, England, USA and other countries. We provide our clients with full technical, design and graphic support.

The complexity and quality of our production and control facilities not only allows us to satisfy the standard requirements of our customers, but also most special orders. This includes, for example, atypical product dimensions, materials, less available chipsets and their combinations, performance tuning and antenna range of RFID (NFC) chips, sophisticated security, protection and design features among many other technologies.

We favour forms of communication that encourage creativity, joy, interest in thinking and understanding, mutual respect, reverence and trust, beauty and purpose, sense of purpose, courage, compassion, diversity and resilience.

Implement your project with BONITEX and let us satisfy your expectations!

BONITEX - history and present

My name is Kamil Sobkuliak. I started developing and implementing ideas focused on the development and production of electronic and electrotechnical equipment and specialties in the field of chemistry in my early youth, and professionally since 1992. Under the banner of the company NIKOL elektronik s.r.o., we, together with several other colleagues, enthusiastically embarked on the development and production of audio accessories for the then 8-bit computers (Didaktik Gama, ZX Spectrum, etc.) in this "post-revolutionary" hectic period, subsequently developing and producing several devices for telephony and measuring technology. We gradually built up a facility for assembling high-quality network extension leads, of which more than 1 million pieces were produced within 2 years. We also operated a successful wholesale business offering a complete range of electrical installation materials, primarily for large and small customers in the North Moravian region.

After selling my share in NIKOL elektronik, I founded the company SAMATHI v.o.s., whose main activity was the creation and distribution of database products and updated databases of companies in the Czech and Slovak Republics, as well as business activities in the field of professional application of the Laws of the Czech and Slovak Republics. This activity between 1995 and 1998 resulted in a nationwide project of re-edition of the book edition of the Collection of Laws of the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic since 1945 (digitization of approximately 50,000 pages of originals, DTP correction, own printing technology). As part of this large project, we simultaneously managed to develop a recipe and start our own production of a special gel ink from a Japanese manufacturer for the digital printing duprinter machines we use.

However, this period also brought less joyful events associated with the very strange character of certain beings. Several personal experiences with such a human approach, completely unknown to me until then, have emerged, where the other side had no problem, apparently in advance and calculatedly, building its intention on the non-compliance with the agreements reached in order to take advantage of the long-term efforts and considerable financial investments of other people and brazenly appropriate these assets. Nevertheless, paradoxically for many, I consider this era to be an irreplaceable and incredibly beneficial school of life, when I consider the "gifts" of those individuals to be extremely valuable "study material" today. I stand by this statement, even though other observers may think I am weird. :)

Further rich experience in the field of services has emerged during my several years of work in the areas of assembly, delivery, training and servicing of computer technology, especially for end users ("custom" hardware and software, internet, networks), and also in the parallel operation of a technical workshop focused on the final processing of mechanical components for some European car manufacturers.

In 2007, after a mutual, friendly agreement, we renewed our cooperation with Ing. Kamil Krzywoň, a former partner from NIKOL elektronik, a person whose mature life attitudes I still greatly respect today. After years of hiatus, our joint efforts revived activities in projects focused on research, development and production of electronics, including production and installation of automation technologies, with the aim of making tools available to our clients to increase their Life Force, sense of security and comfort (QESTEL technology s.r.o. company).

Thanks to the above interests and experience, in 2010 I began to specialize in the development, production and sale of media used in loyalty, access, identification and automation applications, i.e. in particular customer, magnetic and chip RFID, NFC and SMART cards and many other variants of RFID and NFC transponders. I implement all these activities together with a team of esteemed and kind collaborators, colleagues and other partners under the auspices of BONITEX s.r.o.

And finally – a thought for thought: Just as any "thing" can be beneficial to a society or an individual (i.e. bringing positive consequences of its use) to a demonstrable (or predictable) amount, or in a certain modification or intention of its use, and on the contrary, unprofitable (or even harmful, perverse, demoralizing or deadly) above this amount (modification or intention), I see the benefits of chip technologies in the right amount or planned intention of their application as very positive overall, and, conversely, when these limits are exceeded, as negative to extremely negative. I feel obliged to be absolutely specific in this consideration - so I add that when it comes to, for example, the use of chips for the benefit of easy identification of objects or localization of human beings with their free consent, then I consider this to be ethically completely satisfactory and technologically very effective. On the contrary, I consider the internal "chipping" of human beings in general, let alone with their personal disapproval, to be absolutely unethical and reprehensible, with all the consequences for those who support and promote these ideas in any form.
