Cards without chip

We produce them from various types of plastic materials (most commonly PVC), as well as more eco-friendly PAPER, WOOD, or METAL.

A card of the classic "credit card" size (according to the CR-80 standard) is suitable for most standard purposes. For example, as a gift card, loyalty card, discount card, customer card, club card, attendance card, identification card, or as a season pass, ticket, ski pass, hotel key, or even a prestigious business card. Just let your imagination run free, and you can gift your clients products with higher utility, marketing, or aesthetic value. These include cards with detachable keychains or products in atypical sizes, with special cutouts or practical user functions.

In addition to the print itself and possible personalization (barcode or QR code, identification number, photograph, etc.), a range of other functional or finishing technologies can be applied to the cards. For example, metallic backgrounds, decorative surfaces and laminations, UV varnishes, signature or scratch-off fields, magnetic stripes, security features, and many other specialties. Dimensions

The size of a classic card (according to ISO or CR-80 standards) is 85.6 x 54 mm. However, we can produce products both larger and smaller than this standard.

Other variants include products with detachable keychains or custom-shaped profiles in atypical sizes, featuring special cutouts for various marketing purposes or useful functions for your customers.

Material thicknesses: The standard thickness for plastic cards is 0.76 mm, while for cards with chips, it is 0.80 to 0.84 mm. However, we can produce them in thinner (from 0.3 mm) or thicker (up to 1 mm) dimensions. For paper, metal, or wood materials, the required thickness must be agreed upon individually when placing the order.

Materials Used

The base material for producing cards of all sizes and thicknesses is PVC printing sheets in white or transparent, protected on both sides with PVC laminating film (glossy, matte, or "frosted" effect). Upon agreement, production can also be done using other plastic sheet materials (ABS, PET-G, Polycarbonate).

If you are interested in more easily biodegradable, and thus more environmentally friendly materials, we offer the possibility of production using, for example, PAPER ( approx. 300–500 g/m² ) or PLA (polylactic acid fibers).

A separate category includes products made from METAL (steel, brass, aluminum, or other materials) or WOOD. These are significantly more expensive than plastic or paper products, but with the right combination of materials, graphics, technologies, and effects, they can make a truly impressive statement.

Luggage ID Tag - Variant "A"

A useful tool for clients, especially travel agencies, in a basic design and size of 85.6 x 54 mm. This is a cheaper model compared to Variant "B," but the downside is fully visible client contact details and only one surface for advertising. Contact details are written in a special signature field (can be written with a ballpoint pen). The package includes a lanyard and PE sleeve.

A useful tool primarily for travel agency clients. Compared to version "A", this consists of two cards connected by a metal hinge, offering the advantage of concealing client contact details and utilizing up to three surfaces for advertising. The contact information areas are created as special signature fields (can be written on with a ballpoint pen). The package includes a lanyard and PE pouch.

Chip Cards

Chip cards (contactless RFID/NFC or contact SMART chips) are as widely used as cards without chips.

They are very useful and often essential for sophisticated applications such as:

  • Identifying people, animals, and objects (ID, access, check-in, attendance, ticket, inventory, computer systems, etc.),
  • Transaction records and payments (tracking purchases of products and services, payment cards, etc.),
  • Authorizations and certifications.

From a functional and technological standpoint, everything mentioned above about cards without chips applies to chip cards, with only a few minor exceptions. The only difference is that the following are additionally embedded in the card body:

  • Contactless (RFID/NFC) chips with necessary antennas (up to 3 chips of different frequencies),
  • Contact chips with necessary copper contact pads (up to 2 chips, theoretically up to 4),
  • Thus, in extreme cases, 5 to 7 different chip variants can be applied to a single card. In practice, the most common variants are: 2 contactless chips, or 1 contact + 1 contactless chip, or 1 contact + 2 contactless chips.
